Lateefa: I am being attacked without reason!

Lateefa declared that her TV debut “Ma’ sabk al-esh-haar i.e. With pre-intended declaration” was postponed to next year because of the critical events in the Arab World. The series directed by Ghaada Seleem is also starring Mahmoud Kaabeel and ‘Ezzat abu-‘Auf.She added that the crew has agreed to postpone rather than reduce the number of episodes from 30 to 15, to maintain the thrilling storyline.About being blacklisted by the Tunisians, after being accused of singing to the Egyptian People rather than her homeland Tunisia, Lateefa said that the song being broadcasted now is three years old and some used it to attack and corner her.She confirmed that till now she has not recorded any patriotic song , neither for Egypt nor for Tunisia, although she met a number of writers and composers, yet she does not find what she is looking for. Lateefa announced for the first time that she is preparing to launch a duo with an Egyptian singer, dealing with the Arab Revolts, yet she refused to give further details.
