Cast involved in the making of the series “Kareoka” were stunned when actress Wafaa Amer started crying in a nonstop hysterical manner, all of a sudden and with no previous warning. All their attempts to comfort her were in vain. They had to finally remove her from the scene and take her to her room.The cast could only think of one reason, which was the scene that Wafaa was shooting at the time. It was a highly emotional scene when Kareoka decided to retire from dancing after 16 years on the throne. She had been pressured by her mother to quit and had noticed that she is slowly beginning to gain weight and felt that all the signs are pushing her towards a retirement form dancing and more focus on her acting career. The series was meant to play last Ramadan as it was supposed to be ready by then, but due to political instability shooting the series was delayed many times and postponed which made it impossible for the series to catch up with Ramadan.
