Omar El Sherif : The Tunisian elections are the spark of hope for a big democratic shift in the Arab world.

In the Tarabeka International Cinema Festival in Doha, International star Omar Al Sherif expressed his happiness with the Tunisian experience of elections and voting that took place this week, stating that this is the first step towards a massive democratic shift in the Arab world.Omar added that the Tunisian revolution was the leading one by which all the other revolutions followed. Here it is again setting the example of successful voting; hopefully all the other countries will follow. El Sherif is also hoping that Egypt and Libya will follow those steps taken by Tunisia after they got rid of the dictatorship that has been ruling them for decades, as well as Yemen and Syria.
