The series “Doors of Fears” participates in Rotterdam International Cinema Festival.

For the first time in the history of international festivals, Rotterdam International Cinema Festival will play one episode of the horror series “Doors of Fears” staring Egyptian actor Amr Waked and directed by Ahmed Khaled and produced by the Karma Company. In a press conference arranged by the producing company, director Ahmed Khaled stated that they were approached by representatives of the festival in the Middle East that wished to know more about that unique experience being the first of its kind in the Arabic drama. The Festival will play the 4th episode of the series called “Al Nadaha” during the event which will take place starting the 25th of January 2012 until the 5th of February 2012. Director Ahmed Khaled considers this a great achievement and big stride in the progress of Arabic drama that has begun offering audience a different form of the traditional drama they are used to.On another side, “Al Nahar” channel continues to play the episodes daily for the fourth time, as well as mbc 4, Tahrir and Mehwar channels. Currently Ahmed Khaled is preparing for a long documentary that he will start working on this year.
