Megan Fox stays fit through meditation.

Megan Fox revealed the fact that she has difficulty burning calories and keeping her weight to a minimal. She adds that she is not in need for cardio exercises. According to “Style” magazine Megan just exercises 3 times a week, doing the regular work outs and that is enough for her to enjoy her figure and stay fit.Megan also added that she performs meditation and yoga for 30 minutes every day , as well as rub her face with vanilla and lavender oil so she can relax.
