Adam Sandler chokes down 11 Razzies nominations!!!

It seems that there is a dark side of Hollywood during the time of Oscar countdown, and only Adam Sandler got to see it! The year 2011 gave him a whopping record of 11 Razzie Award nominations for his films that makes him doomed to go home with at least one! Razzie Awards, which are given to the very worst acting, directing and script writing; that comes out of Hollywood. Sandler was not nominated for Worst Actor only; but he managed to get himself the Worst Actress nomination as well for his duet roles in "Jack and Jill". And the curse of the film did not stop at Sandler; it also captured the one and only Al Pacino who was nominated for Worst Supporting Actor, Katie Holmes for Worst Supporting Actress, as well as Worst Director, Worst Screenplay and Worst Screen Ensemble. As for the rest of Sandler's films of 2011, the film he co-wrote "Bucky Larson Born to be a Star" received nominations for Worst Picture, Worst Screenplay and Worst Director. And for his film with Jennifer Aniston "Just Go with It" it received nominations for Worst Actor for Sandler again, Worst Supporting Actress for Nicole Kidman, as well as Worst Director, Worst Screenplay and Worst Screen Ensemble. However, it seems that Sandler is a Razzie magnet after all as he received six nominations before for Worst Actor and won the 5 dollar award for his role in "Big Daddy". But who knows what this number of nominations might give Sandler in the future; as Sandra Bullock won her first Oscar one year after receiving a Razzie for Worst Actress in her role in "All about Steve"
