First Look: Johnny Depp is a real Tonto in The Lone Ranger!

Johnny Depp is an actor that always presents himself in a different look for every film he makes. He lives the character inside out, and from head to toe. So no one should be surprised after the release of the first photo of him as “Tonto” in his new film “The Lone Ranger” with a dead raven on his head! He appears in the photo with co-star Armie Hammer who plays the role of John Reed, the honest sheriff, where they together fight corruption and crime in their town. On a budget of 215 million dollars, producers from Disney have high hopes for “The Lone Ranger” to reach a close success rate as their previous film with Depp “Alice In Wonderland” which crossed the one billion dollar gross barrier. Both films are based on a cultural American classic story.“The Lone Ranger” is directed by Gore Verbinski and stars Helena Bonham Carter, William Fichtner and Tom Wilkinson and is scheduled to be released on 31 May 2013.
