Amr Al Llithy and Hanan Mutawe in the World Autism Awareness Day.

Under the auspices of the Egyptian Autistic Society, Egypt is celebrating the World Autism Awareness Day which is on 2 April in Wadi Degla – Al Maadi. This celebrations includes a fundraising and awareness-raising events. TV journalist Amr Al Llithy and actress Hanan Mutawe are participating in this special day where Hanan recorded an audio announcement about the disease and the awareness campaign.Many celebrities from art, sports and society have announced their participation also like Yosra, Sherif Mounir, Reham Abd El Ghafour, and football stars Shekabala, Ahmed Hossam (Mido), Ahmed Hassan. The celebration is organized by MIND who will be awarding honoring certificates for the participants.The day will start at 10 am with a marathon by autistic children followed by a seminar by Dr. Dalia Suleiman and Dr. Maha Emad ElDin from the Egyptian Autistic Society about autism, its symptoms and cure. To complete the celebration, CEO of the Sound and Light Major Ibrahim Elsayyed Oweis announced that a blue light will be covering the Giza pyramids on that day.
