“The Hunger Games” breaks Weekend Box Office records.

As predicted, “The Hunger Games” continued breaking records in weekend box office. Even though it only made 61 million dollars last weekend, which is a major setback that it’s historical first week, the action sci-fi has recorded the fifth fastest film to reach 250 million dollars after “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows Part 2”, “Pirates of the Caribbean Part 4”, “X Men Part 3” and “Dark Night” which is the Part 2 of Batman sequel.“The Hunger Games” is based on the best selling trilogy by Suzanne Collins and takes place in a dark violent future where 24 young men and women are selected to participate in a real TV hunger game where they have to literally kill each other to survive.
