Symposiums and discussions about the film industry in Tribeca Film Festival

A symposium will be held today for makers of short film "Picture Paris" during Tribeca Film Festival in New York. The film is about a woman living in Paris that decides to take a tour to explore the city after her son is gone for college when her life then takes another exciting and interesting turn. The syposium will be attended by the film director Brad Hall and his wife Julia Louis-Dreyfus, lead actress in the film.Another symposium will be held entitled "Film and brands" which discusses main points in the film industry and how films and film makers are being associated with brands as a recent trend.The goals of this phenomenon will be discussed and how to benefit from it to serve the film industry well in Hollywood. This symposium is led by President & Chief Operating Officer of Tribeca Jon Patricof.The festival started 18th of April and will end in the 29th.
