Lindsay Lohan in trouble again

Lindsay Lohan is facing trouble after the guy whose truck she hit decided to sue her. She had an accident last Friday but got out of it uninjured after being examined in Santa Monica hospital.The truck driver's lawyer is asking Lindsay for financial reimbursement for damage caused by the accident, and accused Lindsay of trying to buy her way out of this problem.Lindsay had previously claimed that the truck driver was to blame for the accident and that she wasn't the one driving; however, it was proved later that she was the one really driving.Lindsay was imprisoned back in 2007, then went to rehab for her history of driving under the influence.
