Syria is the guest of honor in Alexandria Film Festival

Director of Alexandria Film Festival Dr. Walid Seif is holding a press conference on Thursday the 21st of June in Writers and Film Critics Association to announce the guest country for this year's edition as well as a book signing event for his book "Asrar El naqd el cinemaay".However, he gave the exclusive statement that Syria will be the guest of honor, and films about the Syrian revolution will be the main focus of the 28th edition. Also, Syrian guests will be in attendance such as director Mohamed Mals, writer Haytham Heqqy, director Mohamed Osama as well as other creative artists to be announced during the conference.
