"The Amazing Spider-Man" makes a whopping 7.5 million dollars on its premiere!

Sony Pictures announced that their new film "The Amazing Spider-Man" has earned on its premiere yesterday in North America a total of 7.5 million dollars. They also said that 16% of this income was from the IMAX theaters and the film was released at midnight."The Amazing Spider-Man" stars Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Martin Sheen, Sally Field and Rhys Evans. It is directed by Marc Webb and it's about the same superhero adapted from comic books where the last time we saw it on the silver screen was in the trilogy by Sam Raimi and stars Tobey Maguire where the third part was released in 2007.It seems that "The Amazing Spider-Man" will be a bigger hit that the previous sequel since it was released in the middle of the week and still made the same revenue in its premiere as the trilogy which made 151 million dollars before the weekend."The Amazing Spider-Man" has hit theaters in Egypt in 3D by AFD distributors.
