Oscar winner and great American actor Ernest Borgnine died yesterday at the age of 95 in a hospital in LA after losing a battle against his kidney failure. Ernest, born to Italian parents, spent his childhood in Milano, Italy before migrating to the States. After joining the American army when he finished his high school; Ernest attended theater and acting lessons to enrich us with many of the best acting roles in the history of American cinema.The 1955 “Marty” which was nominated for 8 Oscars; Ernest won Best Actor for portraying a butcher in love and from there he earned great roles in TV and on the silver screen.Married five times before and having four children, his last marriage lasted for 35 years and he died in his hospital bed surrounded by his loving family and friends.
