Cairo International Film Festival will be launched on time.

According to the Minister of Culture, Dr.Saber Arab, the Cairo International Film Festival is taking place in its annual date next November. There was a recent issue that threatened of cancelling the festival this year after the order by the Administrative Court to pause the Minister's decision of handing over the organization to Youssef Sherif Rizq Allah association. However, the Minister now assured that the organization will be done by the ministry only.Dr. Arab added that it's vital to launch this edition on time to maintain Egypt's reputation and to avoid its depart from the International Film Festivals group especially since it was cancelled last year after the 25 Jan revolution events.
