Ryan Gosling to act and direct his script in "How to Catch a Monster".

For his first directorial experience, Ryan Gosling chose a script written by him entitled "How to Catch a Monster" where he will be acting in as well next to Christina Hendricks. The film is about a single mother, Christina, who lives with her two teenage sons.The film is to be produced by Marc Platt, Adam Segal and Bold Films who immediately approved to co-produce the film after knowing the cast and other producers.Ryan expressed his happiness and appreciation for Platt and Segal's support and for giving him an opportunity to make his directorial debut.It is worth mentioning that "Drive" was Gosling's last work where he was nominated for an Oscar and that was the cooperation between him and Platt and Segal.
