"1/2 Thawra" snatches the Best Long Documentary in Karama Filmfest.

"Nisf Thawra – Half a Revolution" managed to receive the firstprize for Best Long Documentary at the 3rd Karama Festival for HumanRights Films which took place in Amman, Jordan at the Royal Cultural Center.

"Nisf Thawra", which is directed by Palestinian/Danishdirector Omar Sharqawi, won the award by gaining the highest number of publicvotes. The film was co-directed by Egyptian cinematography director anddirector Karim Al Hakim and was co-produced by Prophecy Films and Danish GlobusFilm.

Noteworthy that the Karama Film Festival included the participation of20 countries with 40 films which were chosen from 250 Short, Long and documentariesز
