Spears exits X Factor and an engagement, all at once!

It seems that pop star Britney Spears is having difficulty in staying in any relationship of any kind. Soon after it was revealed she would not be returning to X Factor as a judge on the next season, her representative Jeff Raymond revealed that she's broken things off with fiancé and ex-agent Jason Trawick.

Raymond told People magazine "Britney Spears and Jason Trawick have mutually agreed to end their one-year engagement. As two mature adults, they came to the difficult decision to go their separate ways while continuing to remain friends." Spears told People that she"will always adore" Trawick and that they will remain friends.

Spears, who has two children from rapper and ex-husband Kevin Federline, started her relationship with Trawick in 2009 and they both announced their engagement in December 2011 while celebrating Trawick's 40thbirthday.
