As if it weren't already apparent that Bradley Cooper is just a really good guy, the " Silver Linings Playbook" actor visited victims of last week's Boston Marathon bombings.
Cooper, who's currently shooting David O. Russell's "American Hustle" with Jennifer Lawrence in and around Boston, visited victims at Boston Medical Center on Thursday with New England Patriots footballer Julian Edelman.
Edelman tweeted a link played a crucial role in the investigation. When he woke up in the hospital hours afterwards "under so much drugs, [he] asked for a paper and pen and wrote 'bag, saw the guy, looked right at me,'" his brother told press. His descriptions helped identify one of the suspects, who turned out to be brothers Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev of Chechen descent.
The attack killed 3 and injured at least 170, many severely. The older Tsarnaev brother was gunned down in a shoot out with police in the wee morning hours on Friday, the younger Tsarnaev was apprehended in the nearby town Watertown later that day.
