As June 30 swiftly approaches, public figures and celebrities are making their positions on the planned mass demonstrations known, sometimes with statements, sometimes with TV interviews, and sometimes with music videos.
Producer Nasr Mahrous has just released put out a video titled "Enzel... Omr El Masry Ma Yeb'a Gabban" featuring Bahaa Sultan. The song encourages Egyptians to take part in the June 30 "Tamarod" protests aiming to unseat President Mohamed Morsi on the anniversary of his first day in office. The song denounces violence, incitement, and destruction and does not promote affiliation with any political party or ideology.
The song was written by Nasr Mahrous, composed by Hussein Mahmoud, distributed by Amir Mahrous, and mixed by sound man Hany Mahrous. It was shot by cinematographer Mazen El Matgoul.
