Karim Abdel Aziz has finished shooting his final scenes in the upcoming drama " El Feel El Azraq" (The Blue Elephant) which took him four days to complete. The scenes were scheduled to be shot before June 30, but due to the political unrest that has seized the country since then the whole production schedule was delayed. Political circumstances are also the reason behind the delay of the film's release to after Eid el Fitr.
Director Marwan Hamed was on schedule to wrap production last week, editing and mixing and all, preparing the film for an Eid el Adha. Producers are taking advantage of the coming period to work on promotion and the trailer for the film.
"El Feel" is based on the Ahmed Mourad novel by the same name about an Abaseyya hospital physician in the ward treating criminals who discovers an old friend among the patients. The drama also stars Nelly Karim, Khaled el Sawy and Lebleba. Screenplay and dialogue were also written by the author.
