Saudi Arabian Maha Zain Loses Miss Arab USA to an Egyptian

Saudi Arabian link to Egyptian-American Mindy Mohamed, a native of Pennsylvania. Zein released a statement to before the winner was announced, saying she wished to become Miss Arab USA but the title would go to whoever deserved it the most.

She was the only Saudi Arabian contestant in a group of twenty women vying for the coveted, though arguably outdated, title.

Zein has appeared on a number of television shows, including the 16th season of " Tash Ma Tash" and "Wish Wisha."
