Heba Magdy: My role in "Al Qashash" is tough and sensitive

The young actress Heba Magdy finished shooting her part in the movie “ Al Qashash.” The movie is to be released this Eid Adha season. Heba plays the role of a nun in a monastery who faces a lot of ironic situations after meeting “Al Qashash” and saving his life.

It's a tough part, said Heba to . It's a religious character and being a Muslim playing the role of a Christian nun is sensitive, as all the details must be taken in consideration for the character to be believable. She also pointed that this role will be her breakthrough into feature films.

Heba added that “Al Qashash” is her debut feature role, despite her participation in “Baad Al Tofan” where she co-stars Ahmed Azmy and Hanan Motawie, but the movie is not released yet. She noted that she was focusing on television dramas, which is how her audience knows her.

“El Ashash” stars Mohamed Farag, Horeya Farghaly, Hanan Motawie, Dalal Abd Al Aziz. The movie is written by Mohamed Samir Mabrouk and directed by Ismail Farouk.
