Looks like there's one major benefit to paparazzi following your every move. Hugh Jackman, 44, lost sight of his son, Oscar, while relaxing at Bronte Beach in Sydney, Australia. He started to panic, and to add to the distress, he had paparazzi snapping away at his moment of crisis.

Jackman recalls, “Finally this guy goes, ‘Hugh, he’s in the tree!’ I’ve never been so happy to have paparazzi follow me.”

Jackman is not unfamiliar with the downsides of having a major celebrity following: this April a female stalker was arrested for unlawfully entering Jackman’s Manhattan gym, where he was beefing up for "The Wolverine." The woman bizarrely threw an electric razor filled with pubic hair at him, and was later arrested a few blocks away from the gym.

The actor next appears in “Prisoners,” which premiered this month at the Toronto International Film Festival. He plays a father who goes to all ends to find his missing daughter, a role he can easily relate to. The film will be released by Warner Bros. on September 20.
