Rihanna Sings for Palestine in Tel Aviv

In her last concert of her Middle East tour this week, pop starRihanna sent a special nod to Palestinians, after she changed part ofthe lyrics to her song “Pour it Up."

Rihanna appeared in front of her fans two hours late, beforestarting her show by thanking her audience, who exceeded 50,000.“Thank you Tel Aviv!” she said. “You know I love my friends allover the world, but it’s been too long since I’ve been back herein Tel Aviv.” While singing “Pour it Up,” Rihanna changed thelyrics Instead of singing “All I see is signs / All I see is dollarsigns,” to “All I see is Palestine.”

Reportshave stated that the 25 year old singer has mentioned the word “TelAviv” repeatedly during the concert, but never the word “Israel.”

Recently,Rihanna was heavily criticized after she posed in Hijab in front ofSheikh Zayed mosque in AbuDhabi,with most of the criticism coming from arabs, who saw what Rihannadid as disrespectful to the place of worship.
