Thesite reported that the singer was not home during the heist,and that several personal belongings and jewelry were stolen.However, the LAPD North Hollywood CommunityPolice Station confirmed that the investigation is ongoing.

Miley, who recently stirred a lot of controversy concerning herattitude, has celebrated her 21st birthday in theCalifornia house only one day after the theft. Miley will beparticipating in the American Music Awards today, where she will beperforming a set of her songs on the Nokia stage in Los Angeles.
