Mando El Adl as Director in “Sharea' Abdel Aziz 2”

In an interview with , producer Mamdouh Shahin confirmed that he has contracted director Mohamed Gamal El Adl, known as “Mando” in order to direct the second part of the successful TV series “Sharea' Abdel Aziz” (Abdel Aziz Street), which will star Amr Saad, and is written by Mostafa Salem. The show will air in ramadan season of 2014.

Shahin stated that the majority of the characters from the first part will be present in the second, although a number of characters' roles ended in the first part. Actors listed to appear in the second are Ola Ghanem, Samy El Adl, Ramy Waheed, Mohsen Mansour and Ramy Gheit.

Mando El Adl was nominated to direct “Tofahet Adam” (Adam's Apple) which stars Khaled El sawy, but he rejected. Sharea' Abdel Aziz will be the second collaboration between Mando and Amr Saad, after the 2010 film “ Al Kobar” (The Big Shots).

The first part of the series was written by Ossama Nour Edden and directed by Ahmed Yousri.
