Gamal Ismail Dies, Aged 80

Actor Gamal Ismail has died early Wednesday, after suffering a heart attack. The funeral is set to commence after the noon prayers from Al Sayyeda Nafisa mosque.

The late actor'scareer includes works with great importance in the Egyptian historyof film, television and theater, like “ Ze'ab El Gabal” (Wolves of theMountain), “ Araq El Balah” (Date Wine), “ Layaly El Helmeya”(El Helmeya Nights), and “ Sayedaty El Gameela” (My Fair Lady).His last appearance was in the TV shows “ Al Qasirat” (TheMinors), and “ Khalaf Allah”.
