American millionaire Jordan Belfort, who was depicted in the film The Wolf of Wall Street by Leonardo DiCaprio, has decided to donate his payment for the rights of the film to his victims, who he formerly swindled in stock ventures.

Belfort was titled to pay $110.4 million in compensation for his victims, which led to his imprisonment for 22 months. Belfort stated that he wishes his victims would forgive him after the donation.

DiCaprio recently won a Golden Globe for his role in the film, which is nominated for six academy awards.
