Keira Knightley Owns a TV Set Only to Watch Football

In an interview with Stella magazine, English star Keira Knightley said that she hasn't had a television at her house until recently; her busy schedule meant that for a long time she barely knew where she was likely to be. Instead of buying a television, therefore, she watched catch-up services such as iPlayer on other devices.

She added that she was repeatedly hounded by television license collectors, despite not owning one, as they thought she was skipping payments. Its impossible that a media star like Knightley doesn't have her own tube, right?

But the 'Bend it Like Beckham' star confessed the reason why she finally bought a television set: it's her love of football, and former Manchester United right-back Gary Neville's analytical views on Sky Sports. ‘I have [a TV] because it was getting ridiculous watching football on the laptop,......‘[Gary Neville] is just f****** amazing. Absolutely f****** amazing. His commentary…Well, it’s just amazing. He’s amazing,' she said.
