Mohy Al-Sharqawi is a young man, whose grandfather Jaber and his uncles form a smuggling gang, and because he is a coward who cannot go along with them, he goes to his mother and her husband, who sends him to China to represent Egypt in a cooking competition, which gets him into a lot of trouble.

Mohyee al-Sharkaawy is a very coward young man. His grandfather who is a gang leader together with his uncles try to teach him to become brave. The grandfather assigns him to a mission and throws him out to his mothers place in Alexandria when he fails. His family gets to know that an enemy gang plans to kill Mohyee as a sort of revenge. His stepfather, the cook, sends him to China in his place. In China, he participates in an International cook competition. He meets Lee his translator and escort. A Chinese gang asks him to add poison to his dish in order to kill the jury head who is a threat to their gang, instead Mohyee adds a laxative to his dish and becomes wanted by the gang. Lee takes him to her family home in the countryside and tells her family that he proposed to her. Her father the Karate trainer is not happy because Mohyee is a coward. Lee’s father trains Mohyee physically and spiritually in the middle of the gang’s attacks. He returns to the competition and wins first prize. He also succeeds in Lee’s family test and returns to Cairo carrying lots of memories and a promise from Lee to join him soon.
