| Shaimaa Saied | To face the declining revenues of the hotel that Raouf runs, he announces a competition to eat the largest amount of food in order to attract more guests, but hundreds of poor people join the contest, turning it into a tragedy that demonstrates various forms of suffering. 274 | ||
| Achraf Wassim | After a successful business stay in The United States, Ra’ouf returns to Cairo to run a five stars hotel. He is surprised by the contraction of tourist flow due to a number of terrorist events that negatively affect him causing an acute decrease of the famous hotel’s income. Ra’ouf and his new pretty secretary come up with the idea of organizing an exciting competition to promote domestic tourism and create attraction to the hotel. They announce a food competition whose winner is who can consume the largest number of meals. They thought they would attract the rich who would be capable of staying at the hotel all through the competition. They get an adverse outcome; the competition attracts thousands of poor penniless young people who look forward for the prize to make their impossible dreams come true. The film reviews the types of contestants; a young musician who wants the prize to marry his sweet heart, a central security soldier and a father who needs the money to marry his two daughters. Hishaam, the spotter, uses the occasion to organize bets on the contestants. One of the hotel guests is haunted and killed by the men of one of his rival. The singer Fat-hy also gets killed. Eventually, during the three rounds of the competition the comedy turns to tragedy where victims fall. 1301 |
