Abu Azzouz reprimands Sarah for entering a room on the third floor. Umm Jassem (Jassem's mother) complains to Abu Azzouz that her son Jassem didn't get his expenses while studying abroad. Abu Azzouz admires Ghanima.
Abu Azzouz quarrels with Sarah for her visit to Badr in the mental hospital. The secretary Samiha is upset about Faisal's attempt to get close to her, and she discovers that he embezzled money from the company. Abu Azzouz asks Umm Jassem for Ghanima's hand.
Abu Azzouz tries to make a deal with Umm Jassem that has him marry Ghanima in return for keeping providing for Jassem's studies. Badr asks the doctor for permission to leave the hospital.
Ghanima rejects the idea of her marrying Abu Azzouz. Samiha begins to take advantage of Faisal's attempt to get close to her in order to get rich through him, but she's surprised when Abu Azzouz proposes to her. Abu Azzouz discovers that Sarah has stolen some papers.
Umm Jassem tries to persuade Ghanima to marry Abu Azzouz, as she fears for Jassem, whereupon Abu Azzouz refuses to hold a wedding for her. Badr tells the hospital doctor his story and that he used to work as a merchant.
Abu Azzouz tells Ghanima that Sarah is a maid in the house, and prevents her aunt Umm Jassem from visiting her. In the office, Faisal manages to make a business deal without Abu Azzouz's knowledge, and begins to evade Samiha.
As Abu Azzouz tells Faisal about his fear of his secret being revealed at home, Faisal advises him to divorce Ghanima so that his secret won't be revealed.
When Ghanima gets worried about hearing strange noises in the villa, Abu Azzouz takes her to the psychiatrist.
The doctor tells Abu Azzouz that the voices that Ghanima hears are those of real people living in his house, whereupon Ghanima tries to uncover the matter, while Abu Azzouz asks Faisal to flee the country after the failure of his last deal.
Ghanima meets Badr, who is hiding on the third floor of the villa, and discovers that Sarah is not mute, upon which Badr asks Sarah to tell Ghanima their story and that he is Sarah's father.
When Abu Azzouz returns from travel, he is surprised by the doctor telling him that Badr has returned to the hospital.
Abu Azzouz beats Sarah because Badr was in the house without his knowledge. Badr tells the psychiatrist that Abu Azzouz seized all his money, after he'd traveled to India, and married his daughter Sarah, so the doctor decides to inform the police.
Abu Azzouz takes Sarah to the psychiatric hospital. Samiha insists on knowing the story of Badr. Ghanima discovers that Sarah is Abu Azzouz's wife. Following Badr's killing in mysterious circumstances, the police question everyone, and Abu Azzouz confesses to killing him.
