A number of stories take place during the weddings of Kasser and his cousin, Mayada, and Dr. Maaroof and his cousin, Sana. Kasser is hard of hearing and is always dreaming of something that has nothing to do with reality. During the ceremony, Mayada runs away and leaves Kasser, so Sana, the groom's sister, rages and refuses to marry Dr. Maaroof, and in another city, Sana's heart opens to love.
