Ali joins the Faculty of Medicine at the request of his father. He succeeds in treating his patients with psychotherapy which makes the hospital manager jealous, at the same time he becomes a famous star thanks to a cabaret owner, and his success also raises the jealousy of the new singer (Dunya).

‘Aly Abul-‘Ela enters the faculty of medicine according to his father’s wish. He tries to treat his patients through inspiration by telling them that they are not sick at all. His way proves successful and the hospital manager gets jealous and becomes mad at him. Meanwhile ‘Aly becomes one of the most famous singers after replacing the original star that refused to sing in a pre-sold concert. His success also makes Deena, the new singer, jealous, as her new album was a failure, ‘Aly helps her to appear in a new concert where she sings in a more modern way and finds the success that she thanks ‘Aly for. In return, Deena helps him return to singing after graduating from the faculty of medicine by convincing his father that he can serve his people in the countryside and sing at the same time.
