Alyaa is a middle class orphan who dreams of having a better life. She falls in love with Amr, an upper class masculine and sensitive young man. She feels and realizes that she has found her desired goal. Upon discovering that Alyaa’s sister Fatma is a bartender, Amr leaves her but she never loses hope to get him back. Amr decides to get married to his cousin Kesmat, to keep his distinguished figure as a manager of a big travel agency. At the same time, Alyaa is engaged to Ashraf, who loves her since he was a child. Boredom seeps into their lives. Amr marries his office manager Salma. Alyaa and Amr meet again but it seems that the old love is difficult to be renewed.
