Ahmed (Ahmed Elfishawy) is accused of murdering both his parents and is sent to a mental institution for evaluation before his trial. His doctor (Hisham Seleem) has 45 days to determine whether Ahmed is insane or not but Ahmed is uncooperative and refuses to talk to his doctor.
