A poor farmer, who lives with his daughter on a small farm. The daughter takes care of a dying strange young man until he recovers. However, a romance develops between the two, but as soon as the dying guy recovers, he leaves and promises her that he will return. On the other hand, the father discovers that his daughter has become pregnant by the young man.
