Nour El-Ayoun works in a theater run by Hanafi, who heads a counterfeit money ring. Hanafi wants to marry her but she loves her neighbor, the young singer Adel,and she asks him to sing with her in the same band. They become a successful artistic duet which makes Hanafi jealous.
