Right after their marriage, Rabab learns that her husband Kamel is sexually impotent. When they consult a doctor, the doctor learns that Kamel grew up as an introverted child who was strongly attached to his mother, making him develop some sort of the Oedipus complex.
Kamel marries Rabab, who discovers that he suffers from sexual dysfunction, and they both seek help from Doctor Amin. Kamel reveals that he has been living with his mother after she got separated from his father and that he has spent most of his life around her, which made him sexually peculiar.
