Sa’d Al-Daly is introduced, along with his family members, and the way he oversees his work and adheres to his values in dealing with the situations he faces, all the while a journalist follows Sa’d and tries to pick on his faults.

Sa’d is attacked by a group of bandits, who shoot him and his son, whereupon they are taken to the hospital.

An old associate of Sa’d's tells the journalist excerpts from Al-Daly former dark life, while he’s in the operating room. As one of his daughters gives birth, his injured son dies, and Sa’d's condition remains unstable. The journalist sneaks into the hospital to try to get information for his article.

While Sa’d is in the hospital, someone admits to the police that he’s Sa’d's unrecognized son and recounts Sa’d's relationship with him and his mother, and that he orchestrated the assassination attempt with some people's help. The journalist stalking Sa’d publishes the news of his son's death.

The police try to interrogate the suspects in the attempt on Sa’d and his son’s lives, and verify the testimony of Mu'nis, which is revealed from the statements of Saad's relatives to be false. Meanwhile, Sa’d’s businessmen rivals and enemies try to conclude their deals while he is in the hospital.

An agreement is made with a nurse to get rid of Sa’d, but her attempt fails and she’s killed. As the journalist hides in the hospital, he tries to take pictures of him and he’s also arrested. When Sa’d awakes with hemiparesis and inability to speak, his wife informs him of his son’s death.

Sa’d Al-Daly recalls events from his former life, some of which have him and his son Hossam together, while his businessmen enemies try to plot against him to protect their interests. Mu’nis’s parents appear and tell the police his true story, which proves his lies in everything he said.

It turns out that Mu’nis is mentally ill, and as he fails to become famous, he commits suicide. The police resume their search for the suspect. When Sa’d is removed from his position, a rival businessman takes over, as he’ll facilitate the undertakings of the rest of them. Hossam's funeral is held.

Sa’d and his family won’t be consoled till they reach Hossam’s killer. Sa’d returns to his mansion under strict medical care and police protection. He recalls some former events that help him get it together to be able to survive this crisis, as does Hossam's wife, who recalls their best memories together.

Sa’d's family tries to resume their lives and adapt to the current situation. Bassem, Hossam's younger brother, takes over his position in the company, while the police question Sa’d about the incident. Fardous tries to check on Sa’d, as it seems that there’s something going on between them.

Khaled approaches the daughter of the new Minister of Planning for some personal favors, while a businessman recounts a past situation of Sa’d’s. Sa’d recalls some memories with Hossam. The police make every effort to catch the killer, while the businessmen work to serve their interests.

The police suspect Fardous and arrest her, and she admits that she’s Sa’d’s wife in his presence, so he clarifies that she was indeed his wife in front of his daughters and his current wife. It suddenly turns out that Sa’d can speak and he only tells his cousin about it.

Sa’d gathers the whole family with the help of his cousin in the presence of Fardous and her son to explain the full story and the reasons behind his marriage to her, after which he tells his family that he can speak and that this is a secret for the time being.

As Sa’d’s daughter goes to the journalist who is stalking the family to inquire about what he’s doing, he asks to meet her father. Sa’d meets with the family to develop a plan to preserve and expand the family business, which is to be kept secret.

Khaled establishes relations with Sa’d's rivals and they plot something. In a dream, Sa’d recalls the features of the killer and wakes up in terror, while Bassem is traveling on business, and he has misgivings about Refky, his lifelong friend, and Fawzy, his cousin.

As Sa’d’s new companies in Turkey are being blackmailed by a mafia there, Refky tries to reach an agreement with them. As a result, Sa’d recalls a similar situation that happened to him in the past, while Khaled and the rest of the businessmen continue with their plot.

Sa’d arranges a meeting with the journalist stalking him to inform him of his agreement to have him write his biography, while Bassem is kidnapped by the mafia in Turkey, so Sa’d travels on a private jet there to solve this problem.

Fawzy warns his nephew Khaled of his cooperation with Sa’d’s enemies. As Sa’d arrives in Turkey, he contacts the mafia about the kidnapping of his son Bassem, whereupon he hatches a clever scheme and is able to get him back.

Sa’d suffers a crisis in his factories caused by Khaled and the rival businessmen with the help of Nassef Madkour, so he tries hard to get out of this predicament. Khaled offers to marry Nassef's daughter in secret to consolidate their relations and for fear of Sa’d’s reaction.

Sa’d threatens Nassef Madkour with old documents and uses journalist Adham Faris to solve the crisis in his factories that he caused, which he manages to. Meanwhile, the police find one of the suspects in the case of Sa’d Al-Daly’s assassination attempt.

Journalist Adham begins writing Sa’d’s biography as Sa’d recalls events from his former life, while following up on the business with family members. Nassef's daughter agrees to marry Khaled in secret to consolidate their common interests.

Sa'd continues to recount events from his former life to the journalist Adham to help him write and publish his memoirs. As Sa’d’s wife and daughter-in-law are attacked by a thug, Sa’d finds the mastermind of this attack and settles the matter with him.

Sa’d’s rival businessmen, with the help of his cousin Safwat, try to reach an agreement with him about the tools they need, as there is no other way. Meanwhile, Sa’d continues to relate events to the journalist so that he can publish the memoirs as soon as possible.

The police reach a businessman suspected of the attempt on Sa’d Al-Daly’s life, and they investigate the matter and his old dispute with him, as Sa’d tells them the details of what happened. With the attacker of Sa’d’s wife killed, Al-Daly family comes under suspicion.

All members of Al-Daly's family and Sa’d’s friend Refky are interrogated in Khalifa Hindawi’s murder. Khaled plans to finalize his secret marriage to Nassef's daughter. The businessman suspected of Sa’d’s assassination attempt denies any disputes or enmity between him and Sa’d.

Refky Aziz may be involved in the attempt on Sa’d’s life, as he appears with a businessman who’s against him publishing his memoirs, which Sa’d and Adham are threatened not to publish. Khaled manages to get his wife Heba to reveal everything Sa’d is planning for the family that he doesn’t know of.

Information surfaces about the person involved in the assassination attempt, which increases Sa’d’s suspicions of those around him, whereupon he meets Abu Al-Naga, who knows who the perpetrator is. Abu Al-Mahasen informs Refky of Khaled's prospective marriage to Nassef's daughter, so Khaled retaliates.

Abu Al-Naga raises Sa’d’s suspicions, as he confirms to him that the mastermind of the assassination attempt is someone close to him, whereupon Sa’d strives to find out who the perpetrator is. Khaled marries Nassef's daughter.

As the international mafia that was involved in the assassination attempt, with the help of a confidant of Sa’d’s, tries to threaten him to give up a tender and publishing his book, Sa’d asks Abu Al-Naga that he meets with the mafia. Sa’d decides not to publish the book out of fear for his family.

Sa’d’s treatment of Refky and Fawzy changes, as he becomes suspicious of them. Meanwhile, Abu Al-Naga arranges a meeting for Sa’d with the mafia according to his wish, but he fails to reach an agreement with them to find out who tried to kill him and killed his son Hossam.

Abu Al-Mahasen manages to escape from Khaled's men and goes to Sa’d to confess everything that happened. The one who helped in the assassination attempt tries to cancel his agreement with the mafia, but is unable to, and if he doesn’t complete the agreement, his life will also be in danger.

Sa’d learns of Khaled's marriage and manages to catch him, then he holds a meeting with all the family members, has his daughter divorced from him and exposes all his plans in front of everyone. Meanwhile, Sa’d brings down all businessmen rivals, including Minister Nassef Madkour.

Sa’d’s businessmen rivals fall one after another as a result of Sa’d’s machinations. As the mafia cooperates with Khaled to help them reach their goals, Refky sees them by chance and tells Sa’d about it. Meanwhile, Sa’d tries hard to catch those who orchestrated the assassination attempt.

Sa’d tries to manipulate those around him to find out who organized the assassination attempt, and he makes sure Khaled is innocent of Hossam's blood, while Khaled tries to manipulate Heba to reach his goals. Sa’d hires the journalist Adham as a manager of the group to be close to him.

Safwat tries to win Sa’d’s favor to mitigate the situation, while Bassem proposes to his sweetheart, and the journalist Adham proposes to Sa’d’s daughter. During Al-Daly family meeting, Khaled storms the headquarters with the help of the mafia men and burns it.

The headquarters burns down, and all the family members survive, except for Fawzy, who suffers severe burns. In the hospital before he dies, Fawzy tells Sa’d that he planned Khalifa Hindawi’s murder and helped the mafia carry out the assassination in a moment of weakness.
