A mother fails to persuade her son to marry his wealthy cousin, Ihsan. He falls in love with the poor girl Souad, but he finds out that she's morally corrupt. His neighbor Al-Azhari advises him to marry her to save her from her fate, but his mother tries hard to prevent their marriage.

A mother fails to convince her son to marry his wealthy cousin Ehssan. Rather her son falls in love with an impoverished woman named So’ad only to suffer a break down when he discovers that she is morally corrupt. His neighbor tries to convince him to marry her anyway so that he could save her from an evil end but the mother tries hard to block such a move. Finally the mother admits to her son that they are in fact destitute and that Ehssan is spending on them. So’ad’s father’s illness worsens and she tries to seek help from an acquaintance named Fareed. He in turn attempts to rape her while intoxicated, and So’ad tries to stab him in defense but is dealt a blow which ends her life.
