Hassan Al-Noa'many is upset that his uncle told his mother about how bad the financial situation of the workshop is. Hassan's assistant Shafi’i leaves work, and joins the carpentry workshop of Ramadan, Hassan's brother-in-law. Abu Sunnah is flirting with Adula, who teaches him a lesson.

Hassan tells his mother that his ex-wife Samiha has returned to Egypt. Hosny, Hassan's brother, tries to convince his neighbor Ferial (Rola) to get married, but she wants to wait till after her exams.

Samiha's husband, Mansour Al-Doksh, goes to Hassan hoping to take her son, but Hassan kicks him out. Eng. Sherif asks Hassan to enter a new deal with him in favor of foreigners, but Hassan refuses, and Hosny offers to take over that deal.

Adula fights with her sister Ferial for going out with Hosny. Hassan fights with Rizk for talking to Madiha. Hassan asks Tawhida to marry him but as he goes to bring the marriage officiant, he doesn't come back.

Sherif takes Hassan to Dr. Burhan to do the deal, but they end up fighting. Umm Hassan (Hassan's mother) finds her daughter Sou'ad asking for forgiveness. Tawhida quarrels with Atouqa after he claims his ownership of the store that her husband left her after his death.

Hassan hits Atouqa and teaches him a harsh lesson after he assaults Shaqshaq's father. As Hassan goes to prison, his ex-wife takes their son and her husband and flees outside the country. Hassan is released on bail.

Rola gets her bachelor's degree and tells her sister Adula the news. Hassan (Arabesque) celebrates Rola's success and holds a party for her graduation. He stands up to the corrupt street youth.

Sherif Zaza comes with a new job to Hassan who has been out of work for a while. He asks him to make an oriental hall with Arabesque art in the villa of Dr. Burhan.

Hassan fights with Hosny for letting Ramadan pay his bail and bring work to the workshop. Tawhida offers to give Hassan money to pay Ramadan back but he refuses.

Ramadan takes advantage of the dispute between Hosny and Hassan and asks him to work for him in his workshop. Hosny and Ferial get engaged.

Hassan quarrels with Sou'ad and Hosny after they ask him for their share in their father's inheritance and to divide the workshop and houses among the three of them. Hassan slaps Sou'ad after she insults him.

Wafi'y is taken to the hospital, and the hospital's manager wants money for his treatment. When Hassan asks Dr. Burhan for more money for the job, he says that he will consult with his wife.

Wafi'y tells Hassan about the antique chair that he bought long ago, and about its great value, and that his grandfather, Al-Noa'many, is the one who built it.

Uncle Yusuf tries to reconcile Hosny and Sou'ad with Hassan but they refuse to reconsider their demands. Hassan agrees with Dr. Burhan and his wife to tear down a part of the villa in order to complete the arabesque decor.

Wafi'y is released from the hospital, and he takes Hassan to show him the antique chair. The American mediator threatens Dr. Burhan that if he does not return to work in America, he will be assassinated.

Officer Hamdy agrees with Dr. Burhan and his wife to go on with their redecoration as a cover and protection for him against the spies who want to kill him. Hassan tells his friends about the antique chair while he's stoned and Zaqzouqa pays attention.

Zaqzouqa tells Ramadan about the antique chair. Officer Hamdy tells Dr. Burhan about the medal that was awarded to Hassan for the war of 1973.

Ramadan plots with Sambo to steal the antique chair. Hassan admits to Wafi'y that it's his fault that the chair was stolen and promises to bring it back.

Ramadan plots to set Hassan up. Hassan asks Wafi'y if the antique chair is registered as a state property, and he tells him it's not registered.

Ferial breaks off her engagement to Hosny. Officer Hamdy devises a plan to make Dr. Burhan stay in Khan Dowidar, on the pretext that he is Hassan's relative.

Hosny is arrested for beating Mamdouh the director after he sees him with Ferial. Hassan tells Officer Hamdy and Dr. Burhan about the story of his father's cousin, Salama Al-Noa'many, who immigrated to Morocco, as they plan for Burhan to take his identity and hide from the American intelligence.

Hassan insists on holding a party for Anwar, Wafi'y's daughter, among the people of the neighborhood. Hassan quarrels with a group of extremists on matters of religion. Hassan opens a kiosk for Shaqshaq's father to earn a living.

Umm Hassan shows Hosny the workshop contract written by his late father. Hassan asks Tawhida to be his partner in the workshop.

Adula's sister, Madiha, breaks off her engagement to Fou'ad, Hassan's cousin. Burhan's twin brother arrives from abroad to implement the switching plan, in order to conceal Dr. Burhan from the American Intelligence.

Officer Hamdy wants his men to be on full alert for Burhan's assignment. Hassan quarrels with Ferial after he sees her with Mamdouh.

The lawyer Batata tells Hassan that the Interpol has arrested Mansour, his ex-wife's husband. Samiha arrives with Hassan's son Ayman to the neighborhood. Tawhida warns Hassan against Ramadan and Sambo. Sambo steals Hassan's rosary and cloak.

Dr. Burhan prepares to move to Khan Dowidar, while his brother takes his place at the villa. Sambo executes his plan with Ramadan and attempts to kill Tawhida. The police arrest Hassan.

Prosecutors investigate Hassan and he swears that he did not kill Tawhida. Officer Hamdy agrees with Wafi'y to let Dr. Burhan stay with him until Hassan is proven innocent. Sambo turns against Ramadan and threatens to kill him.

Ramadan tells Sou'ad to go to her mother to support her after Hassan's arrest. Dr. Burhan's daughter, Brexam, suspects that the man staying in the villa is her uncle, not her father.

Officer Fakhry is convinced of Hassan's innocence and begins to search for the real culprit. Adula quarrels with Ferial. An earthquake hits, and the building collapses.

The criminal lab proves that Hasssan's fingerprints were not at the crime scene. Officer Fakhry takes Tawhida's place at the hospital and catches Sambo as he tries to kill her.

Hassan is released from prison after his innocence is proven. Tawhida wakes up from her coma and the officer goes to take her statement. Hassan is enraged after learning that Ramadan and Sambo masterminded this plot.

Officer Hamdy leaks information about Dr. Burhan staying in Khan Dowidar in order to catch the team that wants to kill him. Hosny tells Brexam that he can't be with her.

Hassan wakes Dr.Burhan up after he passes out from smoking weed with his friends. Tawhida's servant is injured in an accident, and she confesses before the prosecution the truth about Ramadan's relationship with Sambo. The police arrest Ramadan.

Ferial defends herself after Gigi tries to assault her when she refuses to take part in immoral actions. Batata defends Ferial and Mamdouh testifies for her. Anwar returns from abroad after suffering from her husband's physical abuse.

Ramadan confessers to Hassan that he plotted with Sambo to harm him, but he never agreed with him to kill Tawhida. He asks Hassan to forgive him. Emara asks for Adula's hand in marriage.

Emara and Adula are engaged and Hassan celebrates them with family and relatives. Hosny confesses his feelings for Anwar and Ferial gets angry when she sees them together. The intelligence services capture the spies who came to Egypt to assassinate Dr. Burhan.

Ferial asks her siblings to come to live with her in her new apartment, but their elder sister Adula refuses and breaks off her engagement to Emara. Samiha's husband, Mansour, kidnaps their children and escapes with them outside the country, and she goes to Fou'ad and Hassan to help her.

Anwar's husband returns from abroad with his daughter, Duha, and wants her back, but she refuses. She tells him that she has a tape proving that he is the cause of her sister's death. A group of terrorists kills Shaqshaq and Mahrous, the coffee boy.

Zaqzouqa threatens Ramadan to expose the secret of the antique chair to everyone if he does not retract from making Hassan manage his business. Uncle Yusuf is angry at his son Fou'ad’s request to marry Samiha, and he asks Hassan to keep Samiha away from his son.

The police arrest Atouqa after the antique chair is retrieved and registered as an Egyptian antiquity. Mamdouh leaves Ferial after she tells him that she's leaving the ads field. Dr. Burhan's villa collapses because of Hassan's work, but Burhan tries to clear Hassan from the charge.
