The Egyptian government sends Tutankhamun's necklace to be displayed at a festival in Istanbul. When Sadik Bey, the festival organizer, agrees with one of the gangs to draw up a plan to steal the necklace, and indeed the theft takes place, Ahmed Kamal, the Egyptian officer, arrives to investigate and search for the stolen necklace in cooperation with the Turkish police.
