As the mysterious Baher Al-Assal comes to visit Nadim, he declares that he is close to him, and asks him to teach him the art of fraud and forgery.

As Nadim becomes worried about what Baher knows, he turns to Makram to help him. Baher returns to communicate with Nahla. Nazly marvels at Nadim's change with her, while he has nightmares about his family disowning him.

When Baher announces to Nahla that her mother is alive, Nadim and Makram seek to deny the idea. Nadim offers Baher money to stay away from him, but he refuses.

When Nazly hears a conversation between Nadim and Makram about his desire to kill Baher, she asks him for an explanation. After Nadim refuses to comply with Baher’s requests, the latter swindles Nadim and confronts him about it.

Makram and Nadim discover that Baher has feelings for Nahla. Hany is enraged when Nahla returns to meet Baher, and he asks Baher to stay away from her. Nadim and Makram decide to make Nahla travel to Alexandria.

Nadim and Makram comply with Baher's demands in exchange for staying away from Nahla. Baher's mother returns to visit him despite their previous differences and his father throwing him out of his home. Nazly sends a man to watch Nadim.

Baher tells Nadim and Makram that his next victim is the billionaire Ghazy Al-Dabaa and asks them to keep their families away from their plan. Makram decides to marry Nahla to Hany, even though she doesn't like him, to protect her from Baher.

Makram fakes his illness in order to make Nahla agree to marry Hany, but she discovers his lie. Serag, Nadim's old victim, shows up at his daughter Yara's wedding after Baher invites him to manipulate Nadim.

Nahla travels again after Baher promises her not to harm her father, and he asks Makram to withdraw from the operation. When Baher attends a family party, his friend Khairy admires his sister Elham. Nadim travels with his family and Serag awaits his return.

Nahla finds out from her mother's neighbor that her mother has fled and is not dead, as Makram told her. Nadim returns from travel and thinks of a plan to get rid of Baher.

When S'aadia visits Makram and asks him to see their daughter Nahla to justify her actions, he throws her out. Nadim draws up a plan for the operation and refuses to replace Makram.

Nahla moves to live near S'aadat and returns to reconcile with Makram. Nadim convinces Nahla that he and Makram work for the intelligence services. Baher is surprised by Nadim's ability to disguise himself.

Baher extracts information from Nadim about how to pull off the perfect scam. Elham tries to discover the secret work that Baher does. Nadim lies to his friends about stealing a masterpiece while on his travels.

Baher tells his family about his work with the intelligence services to stop worrying. After Nadim cons Sarhan, the latter calls Ghazy to inform him about the sorcerer Abdul Aal. When Baher meets Maryam, a quarrel happens between her and her fiancé, and Nahla asks him to reconcile between them.

Khairy talks to Nahla about Baher. As Khairy participates in the con and disguises himself as the sorcerer Abdul Aal, Sarhan takes him to Ghazy by force.

Khairy follows the plan and Ghazy lets him go. The police arrest Omar for conducting illegal operations in his hospital. Baher offers Maryam to work for him. Nahla refuses to contact S'aadia by phone.

After the gang falsifies the kidnapping of Sameh, Ghazy's son, by the jinn, Ghazy receives Sheikh Abdul Aal and asks him for the secret of his strength. Nahla receives an envelope from her mother that includes the reasons for her disappearance.

Nadim and Makram disagree with Baher because of Khairy's refusal to receive money from Ghazy. Nadim and Makram reconcile after a quarrel between them over their common past. Khairy hesitates to pull out from the scam after suspecting that he might get in trouble.

The gang moves to the second phase of the plan. Nadim asks S'aadia to stay away, and not to expose Makram in front of Nahla, while the latter postpones opening the envelope. After Nadim refuses to let Makram leave the job, Baher asks him to cancel the operation, but Nadim refuses to do so.

Ghazy goes to a desolate cemetery, as Khairy ordered him, in order to obtain his powers, so he stipulates two conditions for him to obtain red mercury. Khairy proposes that he buys it from a Russian seller named Tomashenko. Nadim asks Makram to withdraw.

Ghazy communicates with Nadim, while Baher discovers that Ghazy is a business partner of Omar. Baher is sad about Nadim's refusal to cancel the operation. Nahla decides to travel with Makram to Alexandria. Baher surprises Nadim by the visit of Tomashenko's fake daughter.

Ghazy bargains with Nadim for a sum of money in exchange for the red mercury. He assigns Ragaa to protect and monitor him until he receives the mercury.

Omar rejects Baher's advice to stay away from Ghazy and he reveals to him that he's the one behind his old girlfriend's death. Nadim hands Ghazy a sample of the mercury to be examined. It turns out that Ghazy's secretary is in cahoots with Baher. Makram reveals his past to Nahla and S'aadia.

Nahla turns to Baher after learning the truth. When Baher tries to manipulate Ghazy while he's in disguise, Nadim's assistant warns him.

Ghazy holds Baher hostage. Omar discovers Baher’s act and blames Ghazy for the death of Baher's girlfriend and for the disasters at the hospital, and he exposes Baher in front of his mother.

Baher reveals to Ghazy the mercury hoax without revealing Nadim's identity. As Nadim's family returns from traveling, Baher confronts Nadim and reveals to him that he's his son from his first wife Farida. Nadim tells him about the circumstances of his divorce from Farida after discovering his work.

Nadim continues revealing the details to Baher; Baher agrees with him to return the money to Ghazy in exchange for acquitting Omar. Nadim reveals to his family his paternity of Baher. Baher threatens Ghazy with the recordings of his illegal actions.

Ghazy refuses to confess to Serag about the fraud. After Nadim expresses his remorse to Farida for his actions, he's surprised that his family has seized his wealth and disappeared. Baher and Nahla get together. Baher ruins a new scam for Nadim.
