Joha gathers the guards and people of the village because his shoes got stolen. As Bahiya suspects Shahbandar’s marriage to another woman, he tries to deny the matter.
Bahiya admits to Shabandar that her doubts about his marriage were based on a dream. When Tamr Henna falls into the water, Joha saves her from drowning.
After saving Tamr Henna, Joha is arrested by Tahmaz without a real charge, while Shahbandar becomes more fascinated with Joha and asks to see him.
Tahmaz arrests Shahbandar and accuses him of stealing chickens from the people. Bahiya denies that he's her husband because of her suspicions of his betrayal. But when Abbas tortures him, she retreats and goes to release him.
Joha discovers that the person who claimed that he stole the chickens is Shahbandar. When Joha goes to visit him to ask for Tamr Henna's hand, Shahbandar agrees on the condition that the rest of his daughters get married before the marriage of Joha and Tamr Henna.
Faseeh is looking for a writer to work with him. Joha brings Ma'rouf the Cobbler to propose to Sha'ma Al-Ezz, to implement the plan of finding suitors for the daughters of Shahbandar.
Shahbandar sets several tests for Ma'rouf in order to agree to his marriage to Sha'ma. When a merchant comes to Shahbandar's house to fix some things, Bahiya thinks that he wants to marry one of her daughters.
Joha continues with his plan to bring grooms to Shahbandar's daughters so that he can marry Tamr Henna. He accompanies Faseeh to marry Hab Al-Ruman, and Samson to Qawt Al-Qulub
Joha mediates to ask for Delilah's hand to marry Tahmaz. But when Shahbandar refuses the marriage, Bahiya intervenes and forces him to agree.
Joha and Ma'rouf go on an adventure to get a golden candlestick and anklet for the Shabander from the fairy Dardgal, which makes Najran, her sister, helps them in their mission.
Joha and Ma'rouf encounter trouble in their mission, as the genie Gilgamon appears to them and decides to cook them for lunch. Tamr Henna has a dream that Joha is in danger.
Joha and Ma'rouf devise a plan to escape from Gilgamon; they succeed in getting rid of him by dropping him into a bowl of boiling water. They go in an attempt to resume their mission.
When Joha and Ma'rouf are kidnapped by the rooster, the chicken thief, they succeed in escaping with the help of Tahmaz. As they return to Shabandar with the candlestick and anklet, he agrees to let Joha marry Tamr Henna in a big wedding ceremony.
