Hamad lives in his parents' house with his wife, Jazia, but his mom always quarrels with her over not having kids and teases her for being barren. As Jazia goes to the doctor, she tells her that she's fine and that it's her husband who's infertile, but Jazia doesn't tell him or his parents.

As Hamad and Jazia go to her brother's, she tells him what happened, claiming that it's her who's sterile, while her brother's wife fears that they will stay with them for a long time. Hamad tells his friend that his mother wanted him to choose between divorcing Jazia or leaving the house.

Jazia is sad by what her brother’s wife said about her to Aisha regarding not having kids. As Aisha suggests that Jazia work for a rich woman who lives with her husband and has one son, Jazia gladly agrees and goes to meet the woman. Hamad also meets her husband and agrees to his wife’s working for them.

Nabila tells Jazia that her husband, Jamal, had an accident that affected his ability to reproduce, so they only had one son, prompting Jazia to tell her that it's her husband who's sterile, not her. Nabila hires Hamad at a shop run by her cocky cousin, who asks him not to tell the workers that he knows Nabila.

Zuhair, Nabila's cousin, fights with Hamad as Nabila takes special care of him, and as Hamad begins to discover his embezzlement and bad treatment of the workers, he tells Jamal everything, asking him to find a solution. Jamal is troubled at his work by some drug-dealing workers whom he can't find evidence against.

Zuhair is jealous of Hamad for being close to Nabila; he tries to talk him into joining him in return for a share of the money, but Hamad refuses and tells Jamal. As Nabila learns that Jazia is looking for a cheap house to rent, she suggests that they live in a small house in the same villa, to her and Hamad's delight.

A member of the drug-dealing gang that works for Jamal sends a girl to meet Walid to make him fall in love with her and ask her to work for his father. The plan works out as he falls for her and takes the bait, but someone objects to the man's plan, leading to a skirmish between them.

As Walid grows more fond of Sara and asks her to meet her cousin, she tells Karim, who decides to meet him in the club so that no one notices him. Walid decides to betroth the girl and tells Jazia everything instead of his mother, but Hamad warns Jazia that Nabila can feel jealous of her because of that.

As Hamad tells Nabila of Zuhair's thefts, she talks to the merchants and the secretary, learning that the worker Noureddine is his right hand, so she fires him and thanks Hamad. News reaches Jamal that his son was seen with a drug lord. Walid tells his mom that he wants to get engaged, much to her delight.

Jamal quarrels with his son and slaps him because of the girl he wants to marry owing to her connection to the drug ring, but Walid does not believe this. He also takes his two friends and goes to visit Karim. Hamad tries to help Walid think, urging him not to rush.

Walid moves in with Zahra, who makes a fake family register with their names, much to his surprise. He meets his mom at Jazia's house and asks her for money to travel with Zahra as well as for her blessing, while Jamal inquires about Karim and the rest of the gang members to bring them down.

As Walid wants to marry Sara, she tells Karim, who notices she's falling for him and warns her that if he gets caught, he'll inform on her; Walid is surprised by her odd actions, such as repeatedly going out without telling him where she's going. Jamal has all the proof to get Karim arrested but fears for his son.

The colleague of Walid's dad helps him overhear Sara's talk with Karim, revealing her involvement in drugs. As Walid deals with Karim as if he doesn't know anything, Karim asks him for 50 million to marry Sara, who is sad because she's fallen in love with Walid and wants to settle down with him, but Karim prevents her.

Walid decides to help the police bring down Karim and his gang by spying on him through Sara and tells his dad's colleague all the information after feeling guilty about the youths who do drugs. Nabila, with Hamad's help, revamps the shop and rewards an employee for his integrity and for not partaking in the theft.

Walid pretends to participate with Karim in the operation he's carrying out in order to tell his father its time and place, but while chasing the gang, Walid is shot and dies. The bereft Jamal holds his son's funeral, while Nabila falls into a state of depression over the death of her only son.

Nabila thinks that Jamal caused her son's death and doesn't want to see him till Jazia tells her how he agreed to help the police uncover the truth. Surprised that Walid was deceiving her, Zahra grieves his death. Karim is still keeping the goods, while Jamal is ready to sacrifice his life to catch Karim and his gang.

Sara tells Nabila that she's pregnant, rendering her both happy and sad as she doesn't want her grandkid to be raised by this criminal. Nabila suggests that she give her money in return for leaving her the baby after they're born. Jazia can't believe it as she learns she's pregnant, whereupon she and Hamad rejoice.

Sara feels unwell and calls Karim to take her to the doctor, but he refuses, so she goes alone while suffering from great pain in her belly. She calls Nabila, who helps her, checks on her, and gives her money, of which she tells Jamal. The overjoyed Jazia goes out with her husband Hamad to dine in a fancy restaurant.

Sara unwillingly cooperates with the police, but Karim shoots Jamal while she is giving birth in the hospital, and after the officer sneaks her out, Nabila and Jazia arrive to take the baby, whom Jazia adopts. Nabila takes the baby and goes to Walid's grave to show him to him.

Jazia has a boy, raising him with Mahmoud, Walid's son, and she loves them a lot. She and Hamad, along with their son, visit Hamad's mom. As Mahmoud grows up, he wants to work in the police, but Jazia refuses, fearing for him. Nabila dies after her health deteriorates, leaving all her property to Mahmoud and Jazia.

Mahmoud joins the police force after Jazia agrees, while Muhammad works with his dad in the company, but he is roguish and his dad always fights with him. As Karim is released from prison, he asks Zuhair for Sara's address, even though he learns that she's changed, become honest, and left the field of drugs.
