As Safia gets sentenced to death for killing her brother Sabry, she tells Dr. Amin that she killed Sabry to rid the world of his evil. As she gets on the prison transfer vehicle, Safia sees Sabry and learns that he is alive.

Radwan quarrels with his daughter, Fardous, as she asks him to confess to killing Sabry, but he tells her that he killed him without knowing of her mistake with him. Officer Mamdouh takes some time off work as he starts to believe that Safia is innocent.

The director of the mental hospital asks Safia's doctor to report that she is insane. Officer Mamdouh sneaks into the hospital and breaks Safia out.

Officer Mamdouh takes Safia to his family's new house in Marsa Matruh. Safia's mother falls ill after she sees Fardous in Sabry's arms.

As Safia quarrels with Sabry when she sees Fardous leaving his room, Sabry slaps Safia. As Safia's mother witnesses their fights, she falls down the stairs and passes away.

The mayor grows wroth when he learns that Sabry's widow, Faten, told the lawyer to take all the harvest out of the land. Safia and Mamdouh agree on a plan to expose the truth about Sabry.

Sabry agrees to rent the coffee shop to Saber, informing Radwan and Badr of his decision. Safia packs her bags and runs away from Mamdouh's house. As Mamdouh learns of her departure, he looks everywhere for her.

Safia goes to Dr. Amin's house to tell him that Sabry is still alive. As Radwan sees Safia, he tries to pursue her, but she runs away from him.

Sabry asks Safia to give him a procuration to handle the house and the land, claiming that it's for her own protection as the townspeople keep talking about how she takes care of the land. Safia refuses to listen to Sabry and quarrels with him.

Sabry plots to get the mayor's son, Farid, in trouble after he gives him his car, getting Fardous to push a boy in front of Farid's car without him noticing. As Farid runs the boy over, the boy passes away.

When Radwan learns that his daughter Fardous is the one who pushed the boy in front of Farid's car, he beats her. Fardous tells Mamdouh that Safia came to town to speak with Dr. Amin before vanishing.

Fardous tells Mamdouh that her father is the one who killed Sabry, not Safia. Dr. Amin finds his wife Nahid's body after she slits her wrists. Fardous tries to run away from Mamdouh but he catches her.

As Mamdouh finds Safia after a chase by the police, she tells him that Nahid was involved in what's happening in town since she was in cahoots with Sabry. Nahid's son accuses Dr. Amin of killing his mother.

Mamdouh confronts Radwan with what Fardous said about his murder of Sabry, but Radwan denies it and indicates that Fardous is insane and her testimony isn't reliable.

As Fardous speaks with Safia, she confesses everything she knows about Sabry and tells Safia that her father is the one who killed him, but Safia reveals that Sabry is alive. Mamdouh takes Safia and Fardous to look for Sabry.

The arrival of unknown visitors terrifies Safia and Fardous. As Safia calls Mamdouh, he tells her not to open the door. Farid gets in an accident that leaves him hospitalized.

Sabry reveals his true colors as he visits Farouk Bey and admits that he did everything the latter asked of him, including buying the land but having everyone think that he sold it to someone else. Sabry asks for 15 million pounds to give up the land.

As Safia and Fardous continue to dig after Sabry, she enlists the help of her cousin Badr and shares everything she knows with him. Farouk asks his men to find Safia before the police can find her.

As the police reopen Safia's case, the brigadier general tells Mamdouh that someone is buying agricultural lands to grow fruits, forcing the country to import foodstuffs from abroad, which is a plot involving international organizations and foreign countries.

Farouk's lawyer negotiates with Sabry to lower the sum of money he wants for giving up the agricultural lands he bought. As Dr. Amin gets released from prison, he goes to meet the mayor.

When Faten gets killed, the police question Farouk. As Sayed recalls his memories with Faten, it's revealed that Sayed is actually Sabry, who ingratiated himself with Farouk until he was assigned to use a fake name to buy agricultural lands from the farmers. A car runs over Mamdouh.

As Dr. Amin sees Sabry, the latter runs away. Amin confronts Farouk Abu Al-Azm about Sabry's survival. Sabry learns that Safia is looking for him.

Amin tells the mayor that what happened to Farid was premeditated and planned by Sabry. Farouk Abu Al-Azm orders his men to kill Sabry.

Sabry miraculously survives the attempt on his life. A flashback reveals how Sayed managed to convince Farouk of his plan to seize the lands by assuming a fake identity but with legal documents.

Nahid's son arrives to receive his mother's land and house. Mamdouh tells his friend that Safia is in danger with Farouk's men after her. Unknown assailants break into Safia's apartment and kidnap her after sedating her.

Dr. Amin loses his temper when he sees his step-son throwing his books outside the house with the police and the mayor present. The police arrest Amin.

Sayed threatens Farouk with a gun and tells him that he only wants what is rightfully his, forcing Farouk to sign a document that transfers the ownership of Farouk's own mansion to Sayed as a guarantee of his rights.

Safia discovers that everything that happened was a plot of a Jewish organization with plans to seize the rural agricultural lands. When Fardous gets killed, Badr gets accused of killing her.

The head watchman, Zidan, recounts the events of the night Sabry was killed. The members of the Jewish organization kidnap Sayed and lock him up with Safia. Sayed tells Safia that although she stabbed him and Radwan hit him over the head, he managed to survive that night.

As Shady's men throw Sayed and Safia in the sea and leave them to drown, a passing boat rescues them. Sayed cooperates with Mamdouh to expose the Jewish organization. Sayed accompanies Safia and Mamdouh to get the documents that implicate the organization.
