Ali lives in El-Gamaleya with his parents and his best friend Hassan. Ali and Hassan are partners who sell tourists items for a margin of profit. Batta is in love with Ali, but he doesn't reciprocate her feelings.

Hassan likes Lobna, who is in love with Ali. As Ali goes to sell Master Abdoun's merchandise in Port Said, it's revealed that Samaka is helping him sell the merchandise behind her father's back.

Ali refuses to sell the merchandise to Mos'ad and sells it to foreigners for a larger profit. As Samaka waits for Ali to wed her, he asks her for time till he expands his business.

Samaka offers to wed her friend Samira to her father Gom'a. As Ali's father falls ill, the doctor tells Ali that he needs surgery that costs a lot of money.

Ali agrees to work with Mervat, but ends up reporting her to the police. Mervat is arrested for her illegal activities. Ali's neighbors help him with the money for his father's surgery. Ziko asks Hassan for Batta's hand in marriage.

Ali tells Lobna that Hassan loves her and asks her to stay by his side. Ali's father dies before his surgery. Ali decides to work in Port Said with Hassan.

Ali starts selling the merchandise with the help of Samaka, Hassan, and Batta. The three put on disguises so that they won't get recognized.

Ali decides to leave the country. Ibrahim looks for Ali to force him to wed his daughter. Samaka is distressed when she learns of Ibrahim's attempts.

When Samaka refuses to take his calls, Ali goes to Port Said to see her. When Khalaf accidentally kills Shabara while trying to kill Ali, he accuses Ali of the murder. Younis helps Ali.

Younis asks Ali to leave the country until the truth can come out. As Ali leaves the country, his innocence is proven.

Ali arrives in Turkey and looks for work. As Madiha helps him, he starts to get close to her and confesses his feelings for her. Samaka tells Hassan that Ali was proven innocent.

It's revealed that Madiha is the daughter of a millionaire, a fact that she kept from Ali. As Madiha falls for Ali, she rejects her fiancé Amr and rebels against Suzy's domineering attitude. Ali learns that he was proven innocent.

When Suzy senses the change in Madiha, she advises Amr to expedite the wedding. Ali returns to Egypt after he discovers Madiha's lies. Madiha tells her father that she loves Ali. When Ali rebukes Samaka for abandoning him, she reveals that her uncle Younis is the one who helped him.

Ali asks Samaka for forgiveness. Gom'a agrees to let Ali work with him. Madiha and her father arrive in Port Said for business. Lobna is in for a huge shock after a date is set for her engagement to Hassan.

Lobna agrees to wed Hassan. Madiha asks Amr to stay away from her, but Suzy convinces him to stick around. Ali is shocked to learn the whole truth about Madiha. Ali decides to work in Port Said and expands his business with Samaka's help.

Batta refuses to wed Ziko. Ali agrees to have Ziko work with him in Port Said. Gom'a and Safwat plot to sabotage Ali's work. Ziko decides to sell Ali out and joins Gom'a in his plotting.

Oussa goes to Post Said to buy clothes for her store. Samaka tells Ali that someone is trying to sabotage him. Madiha learns that her father is the one sabotaging Ali. Ali's boats are fixed.

Ali remains ignorant of Ziko's betrayal. It's revealed that Madiha is the one who had Ali's boats fixed. Madiha asks to see Ali. Samaka and Batta quarrel with Madiha.

Suzy tries to convince Safwat that Amr and Madiha must reconcile. Ali asks Master Abdoun to increase his work orders.

Safwat asks Master Abdoun to give him all of his merchandise. When Gom'a decides to drive a wedge between Ali and Madiha, he tells Samaka that Madiha is trying to backstab Ali. Younis tells Samaka that Ziko has betrayed Ali.

As Ali decides to travel outside the country for work, Master Abdoun helps him. Ali opens a small firm for import and export. Batta is kidnapped from Hassan's wedding.

It's revealed that Suzy is the one who kidnapped Batta to prevent Ali from leaving. Ali rescues Batta. Suzy incites Safwat against Ali.

Mourad hides the fact that Ali is in Turkey from Safwat. Ali asks Mourad to introduce him to the stores' owners. Gom'a tries to get close to Oussa. Ali learns that Safwat is trying to get him to fail.

Amr quarrels with Ali for getting close to Madiha. Ali returns to Egypt and asks Master Abdoun for more merchandise. Ali asks Batta, Hassan, and Samaka to sell him the merchandise in Post Said.

Ali learns about Safwat's plot and asks him not to go after his work. Safwat hires thugs to steal Ali's merchandise. Ali vows revenge.

Ali sabotage Safwat's business and celebrates with his family. Goma's tells Samaka that Ali must ask for her hand. Ali learns that Madiha has been trying to facilitate his work.

As Ali expands his company, Suzy tells Amr to kill Ali to get rid of him once and for all.

Mourad suggests that Ali open an office in Turkey. Oussa decides to open a store in Port Said. Amr hires someone to kill Ali. Gom'a proposes to Oussa.

Ali and Madiha are transferred to the hospital after getting shot. Mahmoud suspects that Suzy and Amr are the ones who tried to kill Ali. When Amr is arrested, he refuses to turn his sister in.

Safwat separates from Suzy who vows revenge on him. When Hassan learns that Safwat and Gom'a were behind Batta's abduction, he decides to take revenge. It turns out that Suzy is the real culprit. Ali opens a new clothes store.

Mourad starts working exclusively with Ali. Ali refuses to import clothes for Oussa in order not to harm Hassan's business. Safwat and Hassan reconcile. Gom'a weds Oussa. Ali opens a new factory.

As Suzy persists in trying to harm Ali and Madiha, she has Ziko spy on Mervat. Suzy frames Mervat for smuggling antiquities. Ali confesses to the crime to protect her, and his friends try to help.

Samaka learns that Suzy had Ziko working against them. When she confronts Ziko, he stabs her. When the doctor reveals that Samaka has cancer, Ali weds her to give her a happy ending. After her death, Ali weds Madiha.
