The ambassador Moufid Abu Al-Ghar meets Sabour and his daughter Amal. The lawyer Abu Talib threatens Anis with important documents to finalize the sale of Moufid's villa to chiefess Fadda.

Fadda sends her sons Khairy and Fekry to negotiate with Moufid and they fight with the guard. Moufid calls the police for them.

Samha, Fadda's daughter, makes fun of the paintings of Hisham Anis and he threatens her to call the police. The situation ends peacefully, but she still holds a grudge against him.

Fadda Al-Medawi visits Moufid in his villa and invites him for her daughter's birthday. She asks him to buy his villa, but he refuses.

Fadda decides to take revenge on Moufid in every way possible. Mutawe works as a house manager in Moufid's villa.

Moufid reports Fadda to the police after she hires men to disturb him at his villa.

Moufid undergoes surgery on his hand, and Abu Talib threatens him after he rejects Fadda’s offer. Abu Talib asks Rajab to have Anis, the lawyer, sign the lease contract papers without Anis knowing what he's signing.

Hanafi and Al-Nuno go to stay in Abu Al-Ghar's villa after having the false lease that Abu Al-Ghar’s lawyer has signed. Moufid gets mad about what happened at his villa.

Hanafi's son, Al-Araby, is against what his father and Fadda have done and for their blatant interference in Moufid's business. He plans with his brother to get the lease.

After Al-Araby steals the contract from his father while he's asleep, he gives it to Moufid who kicks Hanafi and Al-Nuno out of the villa by the police force.

Samha accuses Hisham of assaulting her and asks his boss to fire him. Fadda hires thugs to attack Hisham.

Moufid goes to negotiate with Fadda, and asks her to acknowledge his entitlement in his 40 meters. Moufid helps Amal by reporting her husband to the Interpol.

Moufid is furious after Fadda manages to get an approval for the removal of the villa. Hanafi fights with Fadda and he turns against her.

Amal attacks Fadda in her articles and accuses her of demolishing an antique villa. Fadda asks Moufid to get married and reconcile.

Hanafi tells Al-Nuno that his father was imprisoned as a scapegoat for them. Al-Nuno decides to take revenge on Fadda. Rajab returns to win over the lawyer Anis.

Abu Talib plots to imprison Moufid, who decides to raise the white flag and asks Fadda to get Hisham and Amal out of jail in exchange for selling his villa to her. Finally, they all stand side by side to save the villa from Fadda's hands.
